Abstract
En Colombia se presenta el nuevo motor económico y de desarrollo del país, con la iniciativa de competitividad regional conocida con el nombre de Diamante Caribe que integrará los departamentos de la Costa Caribe con Santander. El presente proyecto urbano y arquitectónico se trabajara en Santander desde el punto de vista Educativo y cultural debido al enfoque principal de mejorar la competitividad, haciendo estudio en el área suburbana del municipio de Girón y su conexión con el norte de Santander y la alianza global para estudiar las ciudades del futuro que presenta Microsoft y la Fundación, con la nueva revolución digital, enfocando la cultura como oportunidad de desarrollo y competitividad en el proyecto urbano conectado al arquitectónico, pensado para la sociedad y la inversión en los sectores creativos para la transformación de una población innovadora, desde la educación hasta la proyección de economías creativas para una sociedad de oportunidades.
Description
In Colombia the new economic and development engine of the country is presented, with the regional competitiveness initiative known as Diamante Caribe, which integrates the departments of the Caribbean Coast with Santander. The present urban and architectural project will be worked in Santander from the Educational and cultural point of view due to the main focus of improving competitiveness, studying in the suburban area of the town of Girón and its connection with the north of Santander and the global alliance for To study the cities of the future presented by Microsoft and the Foundation, with the new digital revolution, focusing on culture as an opportunity for development and competitiveness in the urban project connected to the architectural, designed for society and investment in creative sectors for the transformation of An innovative population, from education to the projection of creative economies to a society of opportunities.
