Abstract
Lo cierto es que desde el año 2012 el Tratado de Libre Comercio entre Estados Unidos y Colombia es una realidad. Después de años de negociaciones y revisiones a los acuerdos finalmente se dio la firma del Tratado. Para saber cómo ha beneficiado (o no ) la industria colombiana con este acuerdo, es necesario hacer un análisis de las exportaciones e importaciones antes y después del tratado , hacer un revisión de los términos de intercambio empleados en los productos que se mueven en el mercado, analizar si es un beneficio para el país o más bien una desventaja y saber si es una ventaja o desventaja para Estados Unidos, saber el comportamiento de las exportaciones e importaciones de los productos fuertes involucrados en el Tratado y así saber cómo se encuentra actualmente el panorama en cuanto a materia económica relacionada a la firma de dicho acuerdo, teniendo en cuenta lo anterior propuesto se quiere desarrollar más el tema evidenciando cuáles industrias se han visto favorecidas o poco favorecidas.

The truth is that since 2012, the Free Trade Agreement between the United States and Colombia is a reality after years of negotiations and revisions to the agreements. Finally, the Treaty was signed, to know how the Colombian industry has been benefited (or not). with this agreement, it is necessary to make an analysis of exports and imports before and after the agreement, make a review of the terms of trade used in the products that move in the market, know if it is an advantage for the country or more, a disadvantage and know if it is and do the same for the United States, know the behavior of exports and imports of the strong products involved in the treaty and know how is currently the picture in terms of economic matter related to the signing of This agreement, taking into account the previous proposal, it is wanted to develop more the theme showing which industries have been favored.
