Abstract
El siguiente documento representa una recopilación de material investigativo referente a la calidad de vida laboral, donde se hace énfasis en la calidad de vida laboral de los trabajadores de cualquier organización y por ende, el impacto directo en la productividad empresarial se tienen en cuenta las tendencias establecidas en los diferentes países del mundo y su debida comparación con la situación de Colombia, con la ayuda de herramientas tecnológicas que permiten evaluar el desempeño científico de cada región. al final de este, se dejan recomendaciones, para que futuros investigadores interesados en el tema posean las bases necesarias y tengan en cuenta las diferentes bases de datos de búsqueda que facilitaran el trabajo.

The following document represents a compilation of investigative material related to the quality of working life, which emphasizes the quality of work life of workers in any organization and the direct impact of this in business productivity. th trends established in the different countries of the world and their due comparison with the situation in colombia are taken into account, with the helps on final of technological tools that allow the evaluation of the scientific performance of each region. at the end of this, recommendations are left, so future researchers interested in the subject, will have the necessary bases to take into account the different search databases that will facilitate the investigative work.
