Abstract
La calidad espacial y el confort térmico, el cual garantice una eficiencia energética dentro de un proyecto arquitectónico en un clima cálido, como lo es la ciudad de Cartagena se ha visto muy poco, ya que con el uso de estrategias activas que consumen demasiada energía, perjudica la salud del usuario y también contamina el medio ambiente. Dicho esto, en la ciudad de Cartagena se presentan varias problemáticas ambientales debido al mal manejo de residuos y a que es uno de las principales ciudades en generar RCD (residuos de construcción y demolición). En respuesta a estas problemáticas se plantea el diseño de un proyecto arquitectónico educativo que capacite a la población y tenga zonas de practica para el procesamiento y el buen manejo del reciclaje, este proyecto cuenta con ciertas características que garanticen la calidad y flexibilidad en los espacios, brindando confort tanto en el interior como en el exterior a través de la implementación de estrategias pasivas en el aprovechamiento de los recursos naturales, generando una integración entre lo público y lo privado que conecte directamente con la ciudad.
Description
Spatial quality and thermal comfort, which guarantees energy efficiency within an architectural project in a hot climate, such as the city of Cartagena, has been seen very little, since with the use of active strategies that consume too much energy, harms the health of the user and also pollutes the environment. That said, in the city of Cartagena there are several environmental problems due to poor waste management and because it is one of the main cities in generating RCD (construction and demolition waste). In response to these problems, the design of an educational architectural project that trains the population and has practice areas for the processing and good management of recycling is proposed, this project has certain characteristics that guarantee quality and flexibility in spaces, providing comfort both inside and outside through the implementation of passive strategies in the use of natural resources, generating an integration between the public and the private that connects directly with the city.
