Resumen
El presente trabajo describe los diferentes procesos y elementos intervinientes en la construcción de la cultura organizacional de una empresa y cómo esta puede ser asimilada por integrantes de la organización, definiendo con ello su comportamiento y contribuyendo a la formación de un clima laboral apropiado para el desarrollo de los trabajadores, de tal manera que se sientan a gusto con la empresa y así mismo motivados a contribuir con la consecución de objetivos y metas trazadas por los directivos y fundadores de la organización.
Descripción
This document describes the various processes and elements involved in the construction of the organizational culture of a company and how can it be assimilated by members of the Organization, thereby defining their behavior and contributing to the formation of a working environment appropriate for the development of the employees, in such a way that you will feel comfortable with the company and also motivated to contribute to the achievement of objectives and goals established by the directors and founders of the organization.
