Abstract
Al interior de Colombia, justo en el departamento de Santander, se encuentra ubicado un municipio de Barrancabermeja donde en la actualidad las condiciones de habitabilidad en la zona rural del municipio se encuentra bajo condiciones precarias, donde las viviendas no cuentan con condiciones básicas que se cumplan debido al difícil acceso ya que los niveles de pobreza son altos y debido a esto no cuenta económicamente para un vivienda digna.
De acuerdo con los anterior, el siguiente proyecto va dirigido directamente a los residentes de las zonas rurales de la cuidad de Barrancabermeja donde se propone un prototipo de vivienda, modular y flexible y adaptable que cumpla con las condiciones básicas de habitabilidad y de necesidades básicas de vivienda a si mismo que sea de bajo costo y recursos, con los biomateriales y bajo los conceptos de “UPCYCLING” y “DE LA CUNA A LA CUNA” .
Description
In the interior of Colombia, right in the department of Santander, is located a municipality of Barrancabermeja where currently the living conditions in the rural area of the municipality are under precarious conditions, where homes do not have basic conditions that are met due to difficult access and high poverty levels and because of this they do not have economic capacity for decent housing.
In accordance with the above, the following project is directly aimed at the residents of the rural areas of the city of Barrancabermeja where a modular, flexible and adaptable housing prototype is proposed that meets the basic conditions of habitability and basic housing needs, and is low cost and resources, with biomaterials and under the concepts of "UPCYCLING" and "CRADLE TO CRADLE" .
