Abstract
La Reestructuración Comercial y Administrativa realizada a la Sociedad Colombiana de Avaluadores S.A.S, se fundamentó en cuatro estudios el primero fue el diagnóstico donde se aplicaron herramientas de análisis de entorno de manera externa e interna como lo fueron análisis Pestal, 5 fuerzas y Autodiagnóstico de la Cámara de Comercio, permitiendo ver el comportamiento actual de la organización, en el segundo estudio se analizó el mercado en el cual pertenece la organización mediante la matriz de perfil competitivo, análisis de 8´P y encuestas con esto analizar el comportamiento de la organización en su mercado . En el tercer estudio se realizó la propuesta administrativa del trabajo la cual se realizó por medio de herramientas como el estudio por punto para los salarios después de la reestructuración y por último se realizó el estudio de nómina de la reestructuración para los cargo propuestos , en el último estudio del trabajo se realizó el análisis financiero del proyecto con ayuda de herramientas como el valor presente neto, tasa interna de retorno y el beneficio costos donde se analizó la rentabilidad del proyecto a realizar.
Description
The Commercial and Administrative Restructuring made to the Sociedad Colombiana de Avaluadores S.A.S, was base on four studies the first was the diagnosis where external and internal environment analysis tools were applied as the were Pestal analysis, 5 forces and Self-diagnosis of the Chamber of Commerce, allowing to see the current behavior of the organization , in the second study analyzed the market in which the organization belongs through the competitive profile matrix 8´P analysis and surveys with this analyze the behavior of the organization in its market. In the third study, the administrative proposal of the work was carried out by means of tools such as the point study for the salaries after the restructuring and finally the payroll study of restructuring was carried out the financial analysis of the Project with the help of tools such as the net present value, internal rate of return and the cost Benefit where the profitability of the Project to be carried out was analyzed.
