Abstract
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo elaborar un plan de mejora en el proceso de producción de un guante de boxeo en una empresa mypime familiar manufacturera de Bogotá, por medio del método descriptivo - cualitativo evaluando los cinco factores que impactan el proceso productivo del guante de boxeo, analizando las herramientas Value Stream Maping (VSM), 5S, Just InTime (JIT) y Kanban de la metodología de Lean Manufacturing identificando las soluciones más optimas para diseñar el plan de mejora que propone cumplir con los tiempos de entrega, mejorar la calidad del producto terminado, disminuir los tiempo muertos en la cadena de producción y mejorar la gestión administrativa de los inventarios, teniendo en cuenta los conflictos que se puedan presentar en la implementación de este por ser una empresa familiar, ya que no ha podido realizar la transición a la tercera generación y eso impide el uso de nuevas tecnología y herramientas que aumenten la productividad y calidad de la empresa.
Description
The objective of this work is to develop an improvement plan in the production process of a boxing glove in a family manufacturing mypime company in Bogotá, through the descriptive - qualitative method, evaluating the five factors that impact the production process of the boxing glove. , analyzing the Value Stream Maping (VSM), 5S, Just InTime (JIT) and Kanban tools of the Lean Manufacturing methodology, identifying the most optimal solutions to design the improvement plan that proposes to meet delivery times, improve product quality finished product, reduce downtime in the production chain and improve the administrative management of inventories, taking into account the conflicts that may arise in the implementation of this for being a family business, since it has not been able to make the transition to the third generation and that prevents the use of new technology and tools that increase the productivity and quality of the company.
