Abstract
El conflicto armado en la región del Guaviare ha provocado una pérdida significativa del sentido de lugar, identidad y las narrativas del territorio. La violencia ha alterado el tejido social y la memoria colectiva, fragmentando la conexión que estas comunidades tienen con su territorio. Este proyecto de investigación-creación busca abordar esta problemática mediante tres metodologías clave: el análisis contextual e histórico, la participación colectiva con la comunidad, y la interpretación en un lenguaje textil. A través de estas metodologías, se pretende construir y resignificar la apropiación del lugar para la comunidad, utilizando la cartografía textil como herramienta para explorar nuevas formas de representación y comprensión del territorio. La cartografía textil se convierte en un dispositivo para las narrativas colectivas, permitiendo seguir el rastro de trazos materiales y culturales que reflejan las experiencias de la comunidad en relación con su espacio y su historia. La obra busca re-tejer las vidas y las historias del territorio,construyendo un tejido territorial como nueva forma de memoria. Desde la arquitectura, este proyecto propone una reflexión sobre las diferentes formas de estudio y construcción del espacio,desde distintos elementos del territorio a partir del habitarlo. Es entonces que el tejido se vuelve una forma de estudio para aproximarse al lugar. Así mismo la exposición se vuelve un medio para contar los diferentes procesos que hubo en el estudio del territorio.
Description
The armed conflict in the Guaviare region has caused a significant loss of the sense of place, identity, and territorial narratives. Violence has altered the social fabric and collective memory, fragmenting the connection these communities have with their territory. This research-creation project seeks to address this issue through three key methodologies: contextual and historical analysis, collective participation with the community, and interpretation in a textile language. Through these methodologies, the aim is to construct and redefine the community's ownership of the place, using textile cartography as a tool to explore new forms of representation and understanding of the territory. Textile cartography becomes a device for collective narratives, allowing us to follow the trail of material and cultural traces that reflect the community's experiences in relation to its space and history. The work seeks to reweave the lives and histories of the territory, constructing a territorial fabric as a new form of memory. Through architecture, this project proposes a reflection on the different ways of studying and constructing space, using different elements of the territory from the perspective of inhabiting it. It is then that weaving becomes a form of study to approach the place. Likewise, the exhibition becomes a means to recount the different processes involved in the study of the territory.
