Resumen
El presente documento es el resultado de la consulta de los autores más representativos que han estudiado e investigado sobre un aspecto importante e incidente, como lo es el clima organizacional de las entidades públicas y privadas; para lo cual se hará una contextualización inicial sobre las organizaciones, el surgimiento teórico de las diferentes investigaciones relacionadas con la complejidad, las connotaciones históricas en las diferentes eras, a través de los tiempos. También se tratará la influencia de las personas al interior de las organizaciones y la relación entre el individuo y la organización, aspectos que serán de vital importancia para abordar la temática central del marco teórico.
Descripción
This document is the result of the consultation of the most representative authors who have studied and investigated an important and incident aspect, such as the organizational climate of public and private entities; for which there will be an initial contextualization about the organizations, the theoretical emergence of the different investigations related to the complexity, the historical connotations in the different eras, through the times. It will also deal with the influence of people within organizations and the relationship between the individual and the organization, aspects that will be of vital importance to address the central theme of the theoretical framework.
