Abstract
El presente documento se realizó en las instalaciones de la empresa Alimentos Cañaveral en el año 2016, con el objetivo general de realizar una reestructuración técnico administrativa en donde inicialmente se realizó un diagnóstico tanto interno como externo para determinar la situación actual de la empresa y su entorno haciendo uso de diferentes herramientas como un análisis PESTAL y la matriz DOFA.
Description
The present document was made in the premises of the company Alimentos Cañaveral in the year 2016, with the general objective of making a technical and administrative restructuring in which the first part was an internal and external diagnostic was made to determine the current situation of the company and its environment making use of different tools like a PESTAL analysis and the DOFA matrix.
