Abstract
La arquitectura tropical contempla la integración ambiental en el desarrollo de nuevos proyectos pensados para el lugar, por eso el proyecto Unidad para el Progreso Agropecuario, plantea mejorar las actividades agropecuarias con un equipamiento dotacional donde se capacite, investigue y tecnifique en temas del agro para potencializar y mejorar las actividades de este sector socio-económico, la presencia de vegetación exuberante propia de la región dentro y fuera del proyecto se convierte en protagonista, relacionada con espacios de recorrido de agua y el oasis urbano como remate y contenedor, los materiales vernáculos permiten dar identidad al desarrollo arquitectónico, las actividades cotidianas de investigar, estudiar y trabajar se relaciona con la vegetación interior, mejorando las experiencias de hacer y habitar.
Description
Tropical architecture contemplates environmental integration in the development of new projects designed for the place, that is why the project Unidad para el Progreso Agropecuario, proposes to improve agricultural activities with an endowment equipment where training, research and technology in agricultural issues are provided to enhance and improve the activities of this socio-economic sector, the presence of exuberant vegetation typical of the region inside and outside the project becomes the protagonist, related to the water path spaces and the urban oasis as a finishing touch and container, the vernacular materials allow giving identity to the architectural development, the daily activities of researching, studying and working are related to the interior vegetation, improving the experiences of doing and living.
