| dc.description | In the sector of Pozos Colorados in the city of Santa Marta, an urban development with logistical and educational emphasis is generated, linking and connecting the Rodadero sector with the Simón Bolívar International Airport, in order to solve one of the urban gaps that Has the city due to the topography that it has. The partial plan aims to establish the impact of the economic, social and cultural activities that are given on the natural resources of the territory, to generate an integral proposal that contemplates the different mixtures of activities of vocation that can be given in the city. Three important activities are generated within the partial plan, among which is the educational one, creating a research and training unit for renewable energies, which is projected to be one of the few centers dedicated to the exploration of alternative energies in the Caribbean region and in the country. | es_CO |
| dc.description.abstract | En el sector de Pozos Colorados en la ciudad de Santa Marta se genera un desarrollo urbano con énfasis logístico – educativo, que vincule y conecte el sector del Rodadero con el aeropuerto internacional Simón Bolívar, esto con el fin de solucionar uno de los vacíos urbanos que tiene la ciudad debido a la topografía que esta tiene. El plan parcial tiene como objetivo Establecer el impacto de las actividades económicas, sociales y culturales que se dan sobre los recursos naturales del territorio, para generar una propuesta integral que contemple las diferentes mixturas de actividades de vocación que se puedan dar en la ciudad. Se generan tres actividades importantes dentro del plan parcial, entre las cuales está la educativa, creando una unidad de investigación y capacitación de energías renovables, la cual proyecta ser uno de los pocos centros dedicados a la exploración de energías alternativas en la región caribe y en el país | es_CO |
