| dc.description | The proposal for process improvement: data analysis in the non-food area of Colsubsidio supermarkets using power bi whose main objective is to prepare a sales behavior report based on the categories mentioned in the introduction. To fulfill this objective, different activities were carried out divided into phases of: review, identification, definition and adaptation, which were developed in the accompaniment of the negotiators, boss and interested parties. Two reports were adapted to power bi, which are daily sales report and zone report, the daily sales report contains the sales classified by category and the objective of this is to be able to show the growth or decrease compared to the previous year depending on the filtered date. Like the daily sales report, the zone report also aims to show the growth or decrease compared to the previous year depending on the filtered date, but this involves sales by category classified by points of sale within each of the zones. . This way, strategies can be developed for the different points of sale where a decrease in sales is evident. These reports were selected, since they are reviewed daily in order to have control and a clear vision of the sale. With this project, it is expected that over time these reports will be reviewed by the interested parties through a link so that they can manipulate each of the boards according to the requirements of each category. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | La propuesta para la mejora del proceso: análisis de datos en el área no alimentar de supermercados Colsubsidio utilizando power bi que tiene como objetivo principal elaborar un informe de comportamiento de ventas basado en las categorías mencionadas en la introducción. Para el cumplimento de este objetivo se realizaron diferentes actividades divididas en fases de: revisión, identificación, definición y adaptación, las cuales se desarrollaron en acompañamiento de los negociadores, jefe e interesados. Se adaptaron dos informes al power bi, los cuales son informe de venta diaria e informe de zonas, el informe de venta diaria con lleva la venta clasificada por categoría y el objetivo de este es poder evidenciar el crecimiento o decrecimiento respecto al año anterior dependiendo la fecha filtrada. Al igual que el informe de venta diaria el informe de zonas también tiene como objetivo evidenciar el crecimiento o decrecimiento respecto al año anterior dependiendo de la fecha filtrada, pero este conlleva la venta por categoría clasificada por puntos de venta dentro de cada una de las zonas. Así se podrá desarrollar estrategias para los diferentes puntos de venta donde se evidencie un decrecimiento en la venta. Se seleccionaron estos informes, ya que estos se revisan diariamente para así tener un control y una visión clara de la venta. Con este proyecto se espera que a medida del tiempo estos informes sean revisados por los interesados por medio de un link para que así puedan manipular cada uno de los tableros según los requerimientos de cada categoría. | spa |
