| dc.description | This work aims to enhance the physical qualities that Girardot already possesses, since it is located at a crossroads that will be used to increase the economy of the region through the provision of services, commercialization of products and strengthening of the ecological structure. Through the partial plan, new housing areas will be designed and organized with all the services and necessary uses of the inhabitants to meet the needs of these and improve their life quality, this way it will prevent the municipality to continue growing without control and without affecting the ecological systems. The partial plan has the purpose of being sustainable by generating of all the energy that is consumed inside and can be able to supply more energy for the rest of the municipality. | es_CO |
| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo pretende potencializar las cualidades físicas que ya posee Girardot, pues está situado en un cruce de caminos que se aprovecharán para aumentar la economía de la región a través de la prestación de servicios, comercialización de productos y reforzamiento de la estructura ecológica. A través del plan parcial se diseñarán nuevas áreas de vivienda organizada con todos los servicios y usos necesarios de los habitantes para suplir las necesidades de estos y mejorar las calidades de vida, de esta manera se evitará que el municipio se siga expandiendo sin control y sin afectar los sistemas ecológicos. El plan parcial tiene como propósito ser sostenible por medio de la generación de toda la energía que se consuma dentro y poder abastecer más partes del municipio. | es_CO |
