Abstract
En el presente trabajo de grado se desarrolla la reestructuración técnica administrativa de la empresa Servicio Técnico Martínez, ya que, en esta se vienen presentando fallas en los diferentes procesos que se llevan a cabo para lograr la adecuada respuesta al cliente. El fin del presente proyecto es brindarle a la empresa diferentes propuestas de mejora en sus procesos, logrando una reducción en el tiempo de respuesta de la promesa al cliente.
Description
The present degree project develops the technical-administrative restructuration of the company Technical Service Martinez, since, this have been presenting faults in the different processes that are carried out to achieve the appropriate response to the client. The purpose of this project is to provide the company with different proposals for improvement in its processes, achieving a reduction in the response time of the promise to the client.
