Abstract
El proyecto se desarrolla en un enfoque patrimonial específicamente en la reutilización de edificaciones de la ciudad de Bogotá D.C en la localidad de san Cristóbal donde se encuentra ubicada la antigua planta de tratamiento de agua de vitelma la cual atraviesa por el olvido de su importancia histórica, colectiva y patrimonial. De tal forma se plantea reutilizar la planta de vitelma por medio del desarrollo de un centro de arte y expresionismo cuyo objetivo es revalorar el inmueble patrimonial con el que cuenta la localidad a través de la adaptación y aprovechamiento de su infraestructura generando espacios y escenarios culturales al interior y exterior del edifico, aportándole a la localidad mas zonas para el esparcimiento social y cuyo alcance es provocar un descentralización de la cultura hacia los entornos urbanos que cuentan con lugares únicos en la ciudad.
Description
The project is developed in a patrimonial approach specifically in the reuse of buildings in the city of Bogotá DC in the town of San Cristóbal where the old vitelma water treatment plant is located, which is going through the forgetfulness of its historical importance, collective and patrimonial. In this way, it is proposed to reuse the vitelma plant through the development of an art and expressionism center whose objective is to revalue the heritage property that the town has through the adaptation and use of its infrastructure, generating spaces and cultural scenarios to the interior and exterior of the building, providing the town with more areas for social recreation and whose scope is to cause a decentralization of culture towards urban environments that have unique places in the city.
