Abstract
De acuerdo con a la normativa vigente, se realizó la identificación del alcance, controles y verificaciones que debe realizar la supervisión técnica independiente en la construcción de elementos estructurales y no estructurales para infraestructura de edificaciones educativas. Adicional a lo anterior, se tomó como base gerencial de la estructura de la guía de supervisión técnica, la aplicación de los procesos de dirección de proyectos y las áreas del conocimiento según los fundamentos para la dirección de proyectos de la Guía del PMBok.
Description
In accordance with current regulations, the scope, controls and verifications that the independent technical supervision must carry out in the construction of structural and non-structural elements for infrastructure of educational buildings were identified. In addition to the above, the management base of the structure of the technical supervision guide was taken as the application of the project management processes and the areas of knowledge according to the foundations for project management in the PMBok Guide.
