Abstract
Se inicio por la elaboración de un diagnostico, empleando la metodología de las cinco fuerzas de Portter, se analizó a la empresa en un ámbito externo. Para el análisis interno se usaron dos herramientas. La matriz DOFA que permitió establecer como se encuentra la empresa frente a debilidades, oportunidades, fortalezas, y amenazas complementado con la herramienta proporcionada por la cámara de comercio Auto diagnostico Empresarial mostrando los resultados obtenidos y las mejoras por medio de una gráfica Radar.
Description
Initiated by the development of a diagnosis, using the methodology of the five forces of Portter, the company was analyzed in an external environment. Two tools were used for the internal analysis. The DOFA matrix that allowed us to establish how the company finds itself in the face of weaknesses, opportunities, strengths, and threats complemented by the tool provided by the Chamber of Commerce Autodiagnostic Business showing the results obtained and the improvements through a Radar chart.
