Abstract
Las empresas que se encuentran en una etapa de crecimiento siempre buscan una manera de aumentar sus ganancias mediante una ventaja competitiva, esto lleva a que muchas de estas empresas quieran incursionar en el comercio internacional, este es el caso también de Carsh Collection, empresa colombiana de diseño, confección y venta de ropa para mujer, cuya fábrica se encuentra en Duitama, Boyacá. Para el desarrollo de este proyecto, el primer paso fue definir con precisión la necesidad de la empresa Carsh Collection, esta necesidad es reducir los costos de la materia prima sin perder la calidad de materiales distintiva de la marca, es así como se define que la empresa necesita realizar importaciones de material textil más económico desde un país que ofrezca dicho material a un costo más bajo, en este caso, el país exportador será Perú.

Companies that are in a growth stage are always looking for a way to increase their profits through a competitive advantage, this leads many of these companies to enter international trade, this is also the case of Carsh Collection, a Colombian design company, manufacture and sale of women's clothing, whose manufacturing is located in Duitama, Boyacá. For the development of this project, the first step to define precisely the need of the Carsh Collection company, this need is to reduce the costs of the raw material without losing the quality of the brand's distinctive materials, this is how it is defined that The company needs to make imports of cheaper textile material from a country that offers such material at a lower cost, in this case, the exporting country will be Peru.
