dc.description	Guatila bajo la Ruana is the materialized construction of an entire sustainable culture, where guatila is promoted through the dissemination of its knowledge and its transformation into healthy food products with possible future projections towards other industries. This business idea seeks to redefine the possibilities of the Colombian food market, through the development of foodstuffs that satisfy value needs of consumers, and the construction of alliances with farmers and associations in the country that are interested in the cultivation of guatila, a project premium. Likewise, it is intended to generate the least amount of waste possible in the production process, in order to guarantee a social, economic and environmental balance, which contributes to the fulfillment of the globally established sustainable development objectives.	spa
dc.description.abstract	Guatila bajo la Ruana es la construcción materializada de toda una cultura sostenible, donde se promueve la guatila a través de la divulgación de su conocimiento y de su transformación a productos alimentarios saludables con posibles proyecciones futuras hacia otras industrias. Esta idea de negocio busca redefinir las posibilidades del mercado alimentario colombiano, mediante el desarrollo de comestibles, que satisfagan necesidades de valor en los consumidores, y la construcción de alianzas con campesinos y agremiaciones del país que presenten interés en el cultivo de la guatila, materia prima del proyecto. Así mismo, se pretende generar en el proceso de producción la menor cantidad de residuos posible, con el fin de garantizar un equilibrio social, económico y ambiental, que aporte al cumplimiento de los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible mundialmente establecidos.	spa
