Resumen: | Este proyecto busca reemplazar la sustancia nonil etoxilado como materia prima de desengrasantes industriales debido a su alto impacto ambiental y nocividad, que ha generado disminución significativa en su producción y comercialización mundial. Esta situación impacta a la compañía colombiana Asenix S.A, la cual busca una alternativa económicamente viable para sustituir dicho compuesto. Por esta razón, se tiene como objetivo principal desarrollar un desengrasante con propiedades biodegradables, donde una de las principales materias primas es el aceite esencial de naranja, que se obtiene por el método de hidrodestilación de las cortezas de naranja (Citrus sinensis). Para el desarrollo experimental se realiza una revisión bibliográfica con el fin de establecer los parámetros adecuados de la extracción del AE de naranja. Se realiza una cromatografía de gases del AE extraído en la experimentación con el fin de conocer la composición y/o presencia del monoterpeno D-Limoneno. |
Abstract: | This project seeks to replace the ethoxylated nonyl substance as a raw material for industrial degreasers due to its high environmental impact and harmfulness, which has generated a significant decrease in its production and worldwide commercialization. This situation impacts the Colombian company Asenix S.A, which is looking for an economically viable alternative to replace said compound. For this reason, the main objective is to develop a degreaser with biodegradable properties, where one of the main raw materials is orange essential oil, which is obtained by the hydrodistillation method of orange peel (Citrus sinensis). For the experimental development, a bibliographic review is carried out in order to establish the appropriate parameters for the extraction of the orange EA. A gas chromatography of the EA extracted in the experimentation is carried out in order to know the composition and / or presence of the monoterpene D-Limonene. |
