Resumen:	La Ciénaga Grande de Santa Marta (CGSM) es uno de los lugares más importantes para la naturaleza, debido a que es el complejo lagunar más grande de Colombia y de Latino América, albergando una gran riqueza de flora y fauna, que se ha visto afectada debido al deterioro que ha sufrido la ciénaga en las últimas décadas, afectando gravemente a los grupos poblacionales palafíticos que se encuentran en la ciénaga, los cuales no cuentan con ningún tipo de servicio público consolidado, por lo que el agua de la ciénaga no es apta para el consumo humano, debido a las actividades antrópicas del clima y al desarrollo de habitantes que se encuentran alrededor de esta; Debido a esto, se plantea el diseño de un conjunto de viviendas flotantes, las cuales por medio de estrategias técnicas, tecnológicas y bioclimáticas, podrán generar sus propios servicios públicos de manera sustentable y sostenible, mitigando la contaminación en la ciénaga y finalmente aportando a una mejor condición de vida a los habitantes de Nueva Venecia.
Abstract:	The Ciénaga Grande de Santa Marta (CGSM) is one of the most important places for nature, because it is the largest lagoon complex in Colombia and Latin America, housing a great wealth of flora and fauna, which has been affected due to the deterioration that the swamp has suffered in recent decades, seriously affecting the palafitic population groups that are in the swamp, which do not have any type of consolidated public service, so the water in the swamp is not suitable for human consumption, due to the anthropic activities of the climate and the development of inhabitants that are around it; Due to this, the design of a set of floating houses is proposed, which through technical, technological and bioclimatic strategies, will be able to generate their own public services in a sustainable and sustainable way, mitigating pollution in the swamp and finally contributing to a better living conditions for the inhabitants of Nueva Venecia.
