| Resumen: | Este trabajo de grado presenta al lector un análisis más profundo sobre cada uno de los factores que intervienen de manera positiva o negativa con respecto a la felicidad laboral y cómo influye de manera directa o indirecta en el rendimiento de los trabajadores y sus efectos en las metas grupales. Además, se da una mirada a la forma en que los factores productivos se relacionan con la felicidad o complacencia en que los empleados desarrollan sus actividades laborales, como cada una de estas variables están relacionadas entre sí y como pueden afectar los métodos y resultados productivos de toda una organización. |
| Abstract: | This degree work presents the reader with a deeper analysis of each of the factors that intervene positively or negatively with regard to job happiness and how it directly or indirectly influences the performance of workers and their effects on the goals group. In addition, a look is given to the way in which the productive factors are related to the happiness or complacency in which the employees who suffer their work activities, as each of these variables are related to each other and how they can affect the methods and productive results of an entire organization. |
