| Resumen: | La presente monografía muestra inicialmente una investigación bibliográfica sobre las constelaciones organizacionales, donde inicialmente se plantea un poco de historia acerca de cómo ha ido evolucionando las constelaciones a través del tiempo, pasando por las familiares y las estructurales. Seguidamente, demuestra cual es el procedimiento de aplicación en una organización como el instrumento utilizada para el manejo del diagnóstico y aproximación a las situaciones presentadas, finalizando con la muestra de que hace a las constelaciones tan apropiadas con las ventajas y desventajas de hacer uso de ellas en la vida diaria. |
| Abstract: | The present monograph initially shows a bibliographic investigation on organizational constellations, where initially a little history is raised about how constellations have evolved over time, through family and structural ones. Next, it demonstrates the application procedure in an organization as the instrument used to manage the diagnosis and approach to the situations presented, ending with the sample that makes the constellations so appropriate with the advantages and disadvantages of making use of them in everyday life. |
