dc.descriptionThe project is taken as a basis for the analysis at the regional level of the Bogotá-Tunja corridor with respect to Sogamoso and the industrial-level corridor of the same and the other that is with respect to and reference to the project to be carried out in the south-western part of Sogamoso near the quarries and the main access roads. In relation to the development plan and the Territorial Land Use Plan (TEP) of Sogamoso, aspects such as: environmental, economic, industrial and mobility infrastructure are studied, which allow to have a productive advance in the labor sectors and facilitates the knowledge of what factors could help the development of the area taking into account the factors of contamination with respect to industries and income through agricultural products that occur between regions and municipalities as well as arriving directly at Bogotá as a means of production. A proposal was designed to improve economic and functional conditions within the agro-industrial corridor of Boyacá; proposing a master plan where the regional, municipal and local impact is determined, to promote the growth and development of the municipality of Sogamoso. From this consolidates a transformation of the current functional state and urban fabric, where a partial plan called "Eco-industrial fabric" is implemented, counting on approximately 25 hectares, in the suburban zone (south-west of the city) taking into account The expansion of type 4G roads for the main function of industrial relationship present in the region, through the implementation of functional systems to ensure the citizen a high quality of life, where the needs of growth demanded by the city are met.es_CO
dc.description.abstractEl proyecto se toma como base del análisis a nivel regional el corredor de Bogotá- Tunja con respecto a Sogamoso y el corredor a nivel industrial del mismo y el otro que es con respecto y referencia al proyecto a realizar en la parte sur- occidental de Sogamoso cerca de las canteras y de las vías principales de acceso. En relación del plan de desarrollo y el POT (plan de ordenamiento territorial), de Sogamoso, se estudian aspectos como: ambientales, económicos, industriales y de infraestructura de movilidad, que permiten tener un avance productivo en los sectores laborales y facilita el conocimiento de que factores podrían ayudar al desarrollo de la zona teniendo en cuenta los factores de contaminación con respecto a las industrias y el ingreso por medio de productos agrícolas que se den entre las regiones y municipios como también que lleguen directamente a Bogotá como medio de producción. Se diseñó una propuesta con el fin de mejorar las condiciones económicas y funcionales dentro del corredor agro-industrial de Boyacá; planteando un plan maestro donde se determina el impacto regional, municipal y local, para potenciar el crecimiento y desarrollo del municipio de Sogamoso. A partir de esto se consolida una transformación del estado funcional y tejido urbano actual, donde se implementa un plan parcial llamado “Tejido Eco-industrial”, contando con 25 hectáreas aproximadamente, en la zona suburbana (sur-occidente de la ciudad) teniendo en cuenta la ampliación de vías tipo 4G para la función principal de relación industrial presente en la región, por medio de la ejecución de los sistemas funcionales garantizar al ciudadano una alta calidad de vida, donde se suplan las necesidades de crecimiento que exige la ciudad.es_CO
