| Abstract: | In this monograph, the main objective is to generate a proposal to implement the Hoshi Kanri model in an appropriate manner in the management change process in a Mipyme of the construction sector, for which an approach to the model, its principles and three chapters will be developed. one of analysis of the model, another of characterization and the last one where the implementation proposal will be made. |
