| Resumen: | El desarrollo del proyecto, se inició recopilando la información de los materiales más utilizados en las carrocerías de marcas premium y cuáles de estas son fabricadas en aluminio según su segmento, marca, versión y representación significativa en el mercado, posteriormente se establecieron las características del taller, después se realizaron y se identificaron cada uno de los procesos necesarios para la reparación de las piezas definiendo su nivel de daño y materiales con las características necesarias para trabajar la lámina de aluminio . Se tomaron tiempos durante los procedimientos para realizar un análisis de costos y ver la viabilidad del proyecto. Fue realizado gracias a la experiencia y antecedentes en investigación que tiene Cesvi Colombia S.A, esta información se recopilo para adjuntarla en su totalidad en una base de datos. |
| Abstract: | The development of the Project, it began by collecting the information of the most used materials in the bodies of Premium brands and which of these are manufactured in aluminum according to its segment, brand, version and significant representation in the market, subsequently the characteristics of the workshop were established, after each one of the necessary processes for the repair of the pieces was made and identified, defining their level of damage and materials with the necessary characteristics to work the aluminum sheet. Time was taken during the procedures to perform a cost analysis and see the feasibility of the project. It was made thanks to the experience and research background that Cesvi Colombia S.A has, this information was compiled to be attached in its entirety in a database. |
