Resumen:	"En esta investigación vamos a resolver diferentes problemáticas actuales relacionadas con la fragmentación de usos y de como las actividades de poco uso generan un aislamiento de pertenecía del habitante con su territorio. Partiendo de la problemática en el barrio Santa Fe, ya que es un sector donde se generan actividades que afectan la integración de sus habitantes con su barrio, ya que estas actividades están percibidas como conflictivas, tales como la actividad sexual, la prostitución, la venta de licor y de drogas, son actividades que están mal vistas y generan un entorno delictivo e inseguro para los habitantes del barrio y para aquella población flotante que transcurre dentro de estas zonas. Un proyecto donde ayude a mitigar este impacto negativo y ayude a mejorar las condiciones de vida para estos usuarios y para aquellos que los utilizan, haciendo de estos espacios óptimos y mas confiables para su uso y su productividad, mejorando y cambiando la percepción negativa sobre esta actividad, que hoy en día son normales y se genera una producción de igualdad de los habitantes con su mundo exterior con su entorno territorial."
Abstract:	"In this research we will solve different current problems related to the fragmentation of uses and how low-use activities generate an isolation of belonging of the inhabitant with his territory. Starting from the problem in the Santa Fe neighbourhood, since it is a sector where activities are generated that affect the integration of its inhabitants with their neighbourhood, as these activities are perceived as conflictual, such as sexual activity, Prostitution, the sale of alcohol and drugs are activities that are poorly seen and generate a criminal and unsafe environment for the inhabitants of the neighborhood and for those floating population that passes through these areas. A project that helps mitigate this negative impact and helps improve living conditions for these users and those who use them, making these spaces optimal and more reliable for their use and productivity, improving and changing the negative perception about this activity, which today are normal and generates a production of equality of inhabitants with their external world with their territorial environment."
