Resumen: | Esta investigación presenta las síntesis de cinco muestras de pentóxido de vanadio (V2O5) con contenido de óxido de grafeno reducido (rGO) y diferentes porcentajes de dopaje de pentóxido de niobio (Nb2O5) por medio de la técnica hidrotermal, al incorporar dos o más compuestos se busca estimar la microestructura, composición química y modos vibracionales de las muestras sintetizadas. Así, con apoyo de equipos de Difracción de Rayos X (DRX), Espectroscopía Raman y Microscopia Electrónica de Barrido (SEM) se hallaron estructuras cristalinas, indicios de una red cristalina bien definida y formación de nanopartículas aglomeradas y dispersas. |
Abstract: | This research presents the synthesis of five samples of vanadium pentoxide (V2O5) which contains reduced graphene oxide (rGO) and different doping percentages of niobium pentoxide (Nb2O5) by means of hydrothermal technique, incorporating two or more compounds seeks to estimate the microstructure, chemical composition and vibrational modes of synthesized samples. Thus, with the support of X-ray Diffraction (X-ray Diffraction), Raman Spectroscopy and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) equipment, crystalline structures, indications of a well-defined crystalline network and formation of agglomerated and dispersed nanoparticles were found. |
