| Resumen: | A todos nos preocupa el futuro y aun mas con el cambio de vida dinámico de la forma de vivir los humanos en las ciudades grandes y pequeñas, por lo tanto, una de las oportunidades de nuevas soluciones habitacionales que va cogiendo fuerza en el país y de mayor crecimiento en los últimos años es el modelo de vivienda tipo Coliving, el cual es una nueva forma de compartir un alojamiento en un espacio con otras personas que comparten los mismos valores y filosofía de vida y así crear una comunidad unida con intereses comunes y un mismo estilo de vida, donde se destaca la economía colaborativa, digitalización en la sociedad, tecnología y flexibilidad en contratos de arrendamiento, ahora bien, para visionar el futuro se pueden aplicar herramientas que permitan ver las alternativas para construirlo a través de la prospectiva. |
| Abstract: | We are all concerned about the future and even more so with the dynamic change in the way humans live in large and small cities, therefore, one of the opportunities for new housing solutions that is gaining strength in the country and greatest growth in recent years is the Coliving-type housing model, which is a new way of sharing accommodation in a space with other people who share the same values and philosophy of life and thus create a united community with common interests and a same lifestyle, where the collaborative economy, digitalization in society, technology and flexibility in lease contracts stand out, however, to envision the future, tools can be applied that allow us to see the alternatives to build it through foresight. |
