Resumen:	La investigación se centra en abordar el déficit habitacional cualitativo que afecta a numerosas viviendas, con el propósito de dar a conocer los subsidios gubernamentales actualmente disponibles que buscan mejorar integralmente estas condiciones. En este contexto, se ha desarrollado una cartilla guía diseñada para el usuario común, con el objetivo de proporcionar las herramientas necesarias para comprender, capacitarse y aplicar una transformación integral del entorno habitacional. Esta propuesta se alinea con las iniciativas gubernamentales orientadas a mejorar las condiciones de vida de la población, buscando potenciar y proponer estrategias específicas que aborden las necesidades habitacionales de manera efectiva. El proyecto se materializa en la creación de un manual detallado, diseñado para capacitar a cualquier usuario interesado en mejorar su vivienda, ofreciéndole orientación sobre cómo entender, presupuestar y llevar a cabo intervenciones en su hogar de manera efectiva. La esencia de este manual se fundamenta en los principios de low cost y ecoarquitectura, con el objetivo no solo de mejorar la estética de las viviendas, sino también de elevar la calidad de vida de sus habitantes y contribuir a un entorno más sostenible y saludable.
Abstract:	The research focuses on addressing the qualitative housing deficit that affects numerous homes, with the purpose of publicizing the government subsidies currently available that seek to comprehensively improve these conditions. In this context, a guidebook designed for the common user has been developed, with the aim of providing the necessary tools to understand, train and apply a comprehensive transformation of the living environment. This proposal is aligned with government initiatives aimed at improving the living conditions of the population, seeking to enhance and propose specific strategies that address housing needs effectively. The project materializes in the creation of a detailed manual, designed to train any user interested in improving their home, offering guidance on how to understand, budget and carry out interventions in their home effectively. The essence of this manual is based on the principles of low cost and eco-architecture, with the aim not only of improving the aesthetics of homes, but also of raising the quality of life of its inhabitants and contributing to a more sustainable and healthy environment.
