| dc.description | This work focuses on the evaluation of the technical and operational characteristics of the Colombian Mercantile Exchange (BMC) with the objective of meeting the requirements of the Independent Data and Information Manager (GIDI) for the centralization and dynamization of the securities market. electric power. The research is structured around three specific objectives and a methodology outlined to achieve the general objective. Firstly, it seeks to evaluate the GIDI selection methodologies applied in similar international entities using an assessment matrix. Subsequently, an analysis of the technical and operational characteristics of the BMC is carried out through a SWOT analysis, considering the infrastructure necessary to manage information in real time and the application of the Advanced Measurement Infrastructure. This analysis is based on the information provided by the Vice Presidency of Energy Markets, the Vice Presidency of Technology and the Innovation area of the company. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo se enfoca en la evaluación de las características técnicas y operativas de la Bolsa de Mercantil de Colombia (BMC) con el objetivo de cumplir con los requerimientos del Gestor Independiente de Datos e información (GIDI) para la centralización y dinamización del mercado de energía eléctrica. La investigación se estructura en torno a tres objetivos específicos y una metodología delineada para alcanzar el objetivo general. En primer lugar, se busca evaluar las metodologías de selección del GIDI aplicadas en entidades internacionales similares mediante una matriz de valoración. Posteriormente, se realiza un análisis de las características técnicas y operativas de la BMC mediante un análisis DOFA, considerando la infraestructura necesaria para gestionar información en tiempo real y la aplicación de la Infraestructura de Medición Avanzada. Este análisis se basa en la información proporcionada por la Vicepresidencia de Mercados Energéticos, la Vicepresidencia de Tecnología y el área de Innovación de la compañía. | spa |
