| Resumen: | Este trabajo se realiza con el objetivo de garantizar una arquitectura que ofrezca una mejor calidad espacial ya que al evaluar el diseño arquitectónico y los efectos negativos que afectan a las necesidades contemporáneas de los usuarios esta vinculado con las viviendas de pocos metros cuadrados que no se diseñan pensando en el impacto neuro arquitectónico sino en las ganancias de aquellas empresas que solo piensan en una gran retribución económica, la arquitectura Low Cost es aquella que no solo garantiza menores costos en su construcción sino una sostenibilidad a lo largo de su vida útil. |
| Abstract: | This work is carried out with the objective of guaranteeing an architecture that offers a better spatial quality since when evaluating the architectural design and the negative effects that affect the contemporary needs of the users, it is linked to the houses of a few square meters that are not designed Thinking not only of the neuro-architectural impact but also of the profits of those companies that only think of a great economic reward, Low Cost architecture is one that not only guarantees lower costs in its construction but also sustainability throughout its useful life. |
