| Resumen: | Los páramos en Colombia son áreas dedicadas a la protección y conservación teniendo en cuenta su importancia ecosistémica, los servicios ambientales que presta y su aporte a la mitigación del cambio climático. La normativa relaciona la delimitación, los lineamientos, así como las actividades prohibidas para garantizar integralidad, preservación, restauración, uso sostenible y generación de conocimiento de estos complejos, sin embargo, se desarrollan proyectos industriales, mineros agropecuarios, entre otros, que impactan sobre el ecosistema. |
| Abstract: | The páramos in Colombia are areas dedicated to the protection and conservation taking into account their ecosystem importance, the environmental services it provides and its contribution to the mitigation of climate change. The regulations relate the delimitation, the guidelines, as well as the prohibited activities to guarantee integrality, preservation, restoration, sustainable use and generation of knowledge of these complexes, however, industrial, mining, agricultural and livestock projects are developed, among others, that impact on the ecosystem. |
