| Resumen: | El Alzheimer es una enfermedad que afecta el deterioro cognitivo y mental, generalmente a personas mayores de 50 años. En Colombia esta población va en aumento, principalmente en la ciudad de Bogotá, Cali y Medellín. Con el paso de los años el adulto mayor con Alzheimer ha sufrido cambios con la enfermedad afectando la manera de percibir el espacio y la arquitectura, influyendo en su comportamiento. |
| Abstract: | Alzheimer's is a disease that affects cognitive and mental deterioration, generally in people over 50 years of age. In Colombia this population is increasing, mainly in the city of Bogotá, Cali and Medellín. Over the years, the elderly with Alzheimer's have undergone changes with the disease, affecting the way they perceive space and architecture, influencing their behavior. |
