| Resumen: | El contenido de este proyecto inicia con la investigación de la problemática generada por la disposición los neumáticos fuera de uso y los antecedentes a nivel legislativo en la ciudad de Bogotá. Se investiga la composición de los neumáticos y su proceso de fabricación. Se plantea una alternativa al modelo de economía lineal mediante la aplicación de un proceso que contribuya a transformar este residuo en productos de valor agregado, dentro del marco de aplicación del modelo de economía circular. Se definen los fundamentos del proceso de pirolisis. Se estudian las variables que más influyen en el proceso, además de las aplicaciones de subproductos a nivel industrial y comercial. |
| Abstract: | The content of this project begins with the investigation of the problematic generated by the disposition of end-of-life tires and the background at legislative level in Bogota city. The composition of tires and their manufacturing process are investigated. An alternative to the linear economy model is proposed through the application of a process that contributes to transform this waste into value-added products, within the framework of application of the circular economy model. The fundamentals of the pyrolysis process are defined. The variables that most influence the process are studied, as well as the applications of by-products at an industrial and commercial level. |
