Resumen:	El presente proyecto se desarrollará en la ciudad de Bogotá D.C y estará específicamente delimitado a las instituciones de educación superior (IES) las cuales no poseen acreditación de alta calidad en su programa de ingeniería industrial, la finalidad de este proyecto, es desarrollar un modelo de negocio el cual sea viable para la creación de una herramienta basada en la inteligencia artificial y el aprendizaje activo. Dicho evaluación del modelo de negocio dará inicio realizando un análisis de diagnóstico del sector en el cual nos encontramos, esto con la finalidad de saber cómo se encuentra dicho y tener un panorama mucho más amplio de los pros y contras que nos encontraremos al instaurar el modelo de negocio allí, en segundo lugar realizaremos un estudio de mercado en el nicho de mercado el cual establecimos con anterioridad, esto nos dará una visión más acertada de la forma en la cual penetrar dicho nicho de mercado y crear posibles estrategias con de mercadeo para hacer del modelo de negocio más efectivo.
Abstract:	This project will be developed in the city of Bogotá DC and will be specifically delimited to higher education institutions (IES) which do not have high quality accreditation in their industrial engineering program, the purpose of this project is to develop a model of business which is viable for the creation of a tool based on artificial intelligence and active learning. Said evaluation of the business model will begin by carrying out a diagnostic analysis of the sector in which we find ourselves, this in order to know how it is said and have a much broader picture of the pros and cons that we will find when establishing the model. of business there, secondly we will carry out a market study in the market niche which we established previously, this will give us a more accurate vision of the way in which to penetrate said market niche and create possible marketing strategies to make the most effective business model.
