| Resumen: | El objetivo principal de este proyecto de investigación es diseñar un modelo de la red de valor del sector hidrocarburos en Colombia, a partir de la construcción de un marco conceptual, la caracterización de las operaciones del sector; sus fortalezas y debilidades, las oportunidades y amenazas a las que se afronta; además, se identifican experiencias nacionales e internacionales de éxito en integración logística a lo que el sector se refiere, además se identifican los agentes, elementos, actores y se realiza una modelación previa, que a partir de la consulta a expertos se logra validar y obtener un modelado definitivo que se ajuste y gestione las operaciones del sector petrolero en el país. |
| Abstract: | The main objective of this research project is to design a model of the value chain of the hydrocarbons sector in Colombia, based on the construction of a conceptual framework, the characterization of the sector's operations; its strengths and weaknesses, Opportunities and the threats it faces. Also, national and international experiences of success in logistics integration are identified and analyzed. In addition, the agents, elements and actors are identified and a previous modeling is carried out, which from the consultation of experts is possible to validate and obtain a definitive modeling that will fit and manage the operations of the oil sector in the country. |
