Resumen:	El presente trabajo de grado se efectuó en el área de producción y en el área administrativa de la empresa, se desarrolló durante un periodo de seis meses, con el fin de cambiar el método empírico que se lleva actualmente en donde el principal interés de la empresa ha sido lograr el cumplimiento en la producción y satisfacción de los clientes, motivo por el cual se ha visto afectada la estructura interna de la empresa, sin llevar a cabo la documentación de los procesos, como estandarización y capacidades de producción, generando en muchas ocasiones un máximo esfuerzo en sus trabajadores sin tener en cuenta sus limitaciones.
Abstract:	The present work of degree was realized in the area of ​​production and in the administrative area of ​​the company study was carried out in the area of production and in the administrative area of the company. It was developed during a period of six months, in order to change the empirical method that is currently carried out where the main interest of the company has been to achieve Compliance in production and customer satisfaction, which has been affected by the internal structure of the company, without carrying out the documentation of processes, such as standardization and production capabilities, often generating a maximum effort Workers without taking into account their limitations.
