| Resumen: | La propuesta de reestructuración técnico administrativa para la empresa Confecciones Baker C., cuya actividad principal es la confección de prendas de vestir en cuero, inició con la realización del diagnóstico del sector; identificando así, los aspectos relevantes en el sector del cuero (materia principal) y el sector de la confección y marroquinería, finalizando el capítulo con un análisis interno. En segunda instancia se realizó el estudio técnico, donde se identificaron las capacidades de producción y los requerimientos de maquinaria y recurso humano, llegando así a la consolidación de un plan de producción y de requerimiento de material. |
| Abstract: | The proposal of technical administrative restructuring for the company Confecciones Baker C., whose main activity is the manufacture of leather garments, began with the diagnosis of the sector; Identifying the relevant aspects in the leather sector (main subject) and the clothing and leather goods sector, ending the chapter with an internal analysis. In the second instance, the technical study was carried out, identifying the production capacities and the requirements of machinery and human resources, thus consolidating a production plan and material requirements. |
