| Resumen: | Se pensó en la implementación y creación de la Unidad de Formación e Integración para la Mujer, cuyo propósito es el de brindar apoyo a las mujeres que han sido víctimas de maltrato físico, sexual y psicológico, a través de tres unidades a saber: i) capacitación, formación y desarrollo de habilidades; ii) orientación psicológica, sexual y atención médica; y, iii) asesoría jurídica. Con dicha propuesta, no solo se puede llegar a la inclusión social, sino que además, entremezcla el desarrollo cultural de las personas que acudan a la -UFIM-, quienes tendrán acceso a programas pedagógicos y formativos, sin dejar de lado el soporte jurídico y en salud ofertado. |
| Abstract: | The creation and implementation of the Women's Training and Integration Unit, which aims to support women victims of physical, sexual and psychological abuse through three units: (i) training, training and skills development; Ii) psychological, sexual and medical care; And, iii) legal advice. The proposal not only achieves social inclusion, but also the cultural development of the people who come to UFIM, who will have access to educational and training programs, without neglecting the legal support and health offered. |
