Resumen:	El área a intervenir se encuentra en Colombia, en el departamento del Amazonas; donde se inicia realizando la primera etapa de intervención en la cual se analiza el territorio y sus principales particularidades. Se parte de esto para la realización de un plan maestro basado en la recuperación y revitalización de la conectividad fluvial por medio del rio Putumayo y una infraestructura de puertos, por otro lado, se consolida la integración de esta zona con el resto del país, el aprovechamiento de los recursos como impulso de la economía y de nuevas alternativas de producción y aprovechamiento de la tierra, generando así ofertas de trabajo para nativos. Girando así todo en torno a la biodiversidad donde priman los cultivos, el recurso fluvial, zonas de reforestación y zonas de protección nativa y ecológica, a partir de esto se plantea un plan maestro en el corregimiento de Tarapacá, específicamente en la zona urbana del corregimiento.
Abstract:	The area to be intervened is in Colombia, in the department of Amazonas; where it begins by carrying out the first stage of intervention in which the territory and its main peculiarities are analyzed. It starts from this for the realization of a master plan based on the recovery and revitalization of river connectivity through the Putumayo river and a port infrastructure, on the other hand, the integration of this area with the rest of the country is consolidated, the use of resources as a boost to the economy and new alternatives for production and use of the land, thus generating job offers for natives. Thus turning everything around biodiversity where crops, river resources, reforestation areas and native and ecological protection areas prevail, from this a master plan is proposed in the village of Tarapacá, specifically in the urban area of ​​the village.
