Resumen:	El área de trabajo se ubica en Colombia en el departamento de Santander más específicamente en el borde con el rio magdalena en Barrancabermeja. Como primera medida se realiza un análisis del territorio, problemática de la región y el departamento para la creación de un plan maestro en el que se desarrolla una serie de soluciones y alcances a lo que la región necesita, una de las problemáticas mas importantes era la mitigación de la contaminación del rio magdalena frente a los usuarios y empresas nacionales e internacionales que estaban afectando este recurso hídrico tan fundamental para el país y el departamento. Segunda instancia se dan las soluciones a los problemas empleados, salud, educación, medio ambiente, desempleo entre otros que por medio de esto se da la tercera instancia que ya es la implantación de el plan parcial, en el cual se implantaría el proyecto arquitectónico Puerto de Carga Fluvial.
Abstract:	The work area is located in Colombia in the department of Santander more specifically on the border with the Magdalena River in Barrancabermeja. As a first step, an analysis of the territory, the problems of the region and the department is carried out in order to create a master plan in which a series of solutions and scopes are developed to what the region needs. One of the most important problems was the mitigation of the contamination of the Magdalena River in front of the users and national and international companies that were affecting this water resource so fundamental for the country and the department. Second instance is the solution to the problems employed, health, education, environment, unemployment among others that through this is the third instance that is already the implementation of the partial plan, which would implement the architectural project River Cargo Port.
