Resumen:	En este proyecto se planteó un propuesta para mejorar el proceso de transformación de los residuos orgánicos generados en el sistema de ordeño de la finca El Valle, implementando un sistema de fermentación anaerobia a partir del uso de biorreactores construidos y la evaluación de parámetros y características de los materiales orgánicos y los abonos resultantes.
Abstract:	In this project a proposal was proposed to improve the process of transformation of the organic waste generated in the milking system of the El Valle farm, implementing an anaerobic fermentation system based on the use of built bioreactors and the evaluation of parameters and characteristics of organic materials and the resulting fertilizers.
