| Resumen: | El presente proyecto describe un plan de negocios de exportación de miel de abejas desde Colombia hacia Alemania basado en los análisis de consumo y demanda de este país europeo. Alemania es uno de los mayores consumidores de este producto, por lo tanto, es también uno de los mercados más atractivos a nivel mundial. Para el desarrollo de esta monografía, se analizaron estrategias comerciales, técnicas y financieras con el fin de conocer el sector apícola en Colombia y Alemania. De esta forma, se pudo identificar que hay un mercado potencial y fue posible construir un plan comercial alrededor de la demanda de miel en la ciudad alemana de Bremen. |
| Abstract: | This project describes a business plan for the export of honey from Colombia to Germany based on the consumption and demand analysis of this European country. Germany is one of the biggest consumers of this product, therefore, it is also one of the most attractive markets worldwide. For this monograph development, commercial, technical and financial strategies were analyzed in order to know the apicultural sector in Colombia and Germany. In this way, it was identified that there is a potential market and it was possible to build a commercial plan around the honey demand in the German city of Bremen. |
