| Resumen: | Artículo de investigación sobre la integración de las normas de gestión de la calidad, gestión del ambiente, y gestión de la salud ocupacional y la seguridad, a la gestión de empresas de construcción en Neiva, Colombia. A través de un estudio detallado de cada una, y partiendo de la ISO 9001 como base, se proporciona la información relevante para fusionar sistemáticamente la ISO 14001 y la OHSAS 18001 en un único documento. El resultado es una guía para elaborar un manual con toda la documentación necesaria para emprender la integración de los tres sistemas, una hoja de ruta comprehensiva para esbozar un modelo aplicable a las empresas constructoras de la ciudad. |
| Abstract: | Research article about the integration of the international standards for quality management, environmental management, and occupational health and security management, to the management of construction companies in Neiva, Colombia. By studying thoroughly each one of them, and by using ISO 9001 as framework, the text provides all relevant information to systematically join together ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 as well. The result is an outline to a future manual with all the required documentation to begin the actual integration, a comprehensive route map to delineate a model suited to be applied to construction companies in the city, which is the ultimate goal of this investigation. |
