| dc.description | This project proposes the option of transferring the Daily Production Report in real time through the use of the AVM application with which both Ecopetrol and the ANH have; both companies use this application as a database independently, mitigating the time lost both in sending and in corrections and re-sending the IDP The configuration of this functionality was made through an extension of the AVM application, which is another application called "Avocet Configuration Tools", commonly called in Ecopetrol "Configtools", which allows configuring different elements and functionalities within the AVM application. , which will be explained in more detail during the course of the document. The data validation will be carried out by means of a comparison in response times that correspond from the sending of the IDP, the storage in the databases, through the review of the information received, to the correction of the Daily Production Report and the re-shipping it. The information is provided by the ISGA Solutions support company, which also requests the information from both Ecopetrol and the ANH. | dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto plantea la opción de la transferencia del Informe Diario de Producción en tiempo real mediante el uso de la aplicación AVM con la que cuentan tanto Ecopetrol como la ANH; ambas empresas usan esta aplicación como base de datos de manera independiente, mitigando el tiempo perdido tanto en envío como en correcciones y re-envío del IDP La configuración de esta funcionalidad se realizó por medio de una extensión de la aplicación AVM, la cual es otra aplicación llamada “Avocet Configuration Tools”, comúnmente llamada en Ecopetrol “Configtools”, la cual permite configurar diferentes elementos y funcionalidades dentro de la aplicación AVM, que se explicará de manera más detallada durante el transcurso del documento. La validación de datos será realizada por medio de una comparación en tiempos de respuesta que corresponden desde el envío del IDP, el almacenamiento en las bases de datos, pasando por la revisión de la información recibida, hasta la corrección del Informe Diario de Producción y el reenvío del mismo. La información es proporcionada por la empresa soporte ISGA Solutions, que así mismo solicita la información tanto a Ecopetrol como a la ANH. Finalmente, se realizará la aplicación de la herramienta para cuantificar los beneficios generados tanto económicos como en ahorro de tiempo tanto para la empresa operadora como para la entidad estatal. | es_CO |
