| Resumen: | La monografía que se presenta a continuación pretende explicar con qué desafíos se encuentra la iniciativa OBOR. En primera instancia se hace énfasis en China, explicando que factores regionales podrían ser un impedimento y sugiriendo una posible solución. Luego, se explican los factores internacionales, es decir, se consideran las diferencias geopolíticas que tienen entre sí los países involucrados, ya que esto podría ser una complicación en cuanto a las relaciones actuales y las que se pretende tener a futuro. Finalmente, se hace un recorrido acerca del desarrollo de la logística en el tiempo, para entender cómo se llegó a la distribución física internacional con la que se cuenta actualmente, la cual hace posible que se considere un proyecto de tal tamaño e impacto como lo es OBOR. |
| Abstract: | The document presented below aims to explain the challenges faced by the OBOR initiative. First of all, China is emphasized, explaining that regional factors could be an impediment and suggesting a possible solution on the part of China. Then, the international factors are explained, that is, the geopolitical differences between the countries involved are considered, since this could be a complication in terms of the current relationships and those that are expected to be in the future. Finally, a journey is made on the development of logistics over time, to understand how it arrived at the international physical distribution that is currently available, which makes it possible to consider a project of such size and impact as it is OBOR. |
