| Resumen: | El libre tráfico de mercancías entre naciones es una política que se ha venido implementando a nivel global, el poder llevar bienes fabricados en un país y poder venderlo con facilidad en el extranjero, aprovechando la ventaja competitiva de cada país, esto es lo que generan los TLC , reducirle barreras al comercio, quitar sobrecostos que generaban los impuestos que cobran por la entrada de bienes a sus territorios, con el objetivo de regular el consumo interno de sus habitantes y de proteger la industria nacional. |
| Abstract: | The free traffic of merchandise between nations is a policy that has been implemented at the global level, the power to take goods manufactured in a country and be able to sell it easily abroad, taking advantage of the competitive advantage of each country, this is what generates the TLC, reduce barriers to trade, remove cost overruns that generated the taxes they charge for the entry of goods into their territories, with the aim of regulating the internal consumption of its inhabitants and protecting the national industry. |
